Taka Bat Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Taka Bat, Bangladesh's dedicated online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Taka Bat website, mobile application, and any related services. By accessing or using the Taka Bat platform in any way — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you are using Taka Bat on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. Taka Bat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms should be read alongside the Taka Bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Taka Bat.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the Taka Bat platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Taka Bat does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place bets on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Taka Bat employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

By registering on Taka Bat, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the Taka Bat platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering your Taka Bat account, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update your account promptly.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact Taka Bat support immediately at [email protected].
• Taka Bat will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Taka Bat reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Taka Bat operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees on the Taka Bat platform.

Taka Bat supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100, withdrawals processed same day
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100, withdrawals processed same day
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳100, withdrawals processed within 24 hours
• Bank Transfer — minimum deposit ৳500, withdrawals processed within 1–3 business days

Taka Bat does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Taka Bat's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

Taka Bat reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, Taka Bat may forfeit the relevant balance and close the account.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Taka Bat platform are subject to the specific rules of the game being played. These rules are displayed within each game and should be reviewed before placing any bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

• The minimum bet across most Taka Bat games is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, Taka Bat reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• Taka Bat uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure all game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any party.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon the conclusion of each game round.

Taka Bat reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed using a technical exploit, or placed in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, collusion, or any other means will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Taka Bat may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes withdrawable. The specific requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Taka Bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering requirements.

07 Responsible Gaming

Taka Bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our responsibility to players seriously. If gaming stops being fun and starts causing stress, financial difficulty, or relationship problems, it is time to seek help.

Taka Bat provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits — Receive a reminder when you have been playing for a set period of time.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Taka Bat platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Taka Bat platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Taka Bat staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Privacy and Data

Taka Bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

Taka Bat will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

Taka Bat provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Taka Bat is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

In all cases, Taka Bat's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

11 Account Termination

You may close your Taka Bat account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding investigations.

Taka Bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Taka Bat reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for operational reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned.

12 Changes to Terms

Taka Bat may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

If you continue to use the Taka Bat platform after updated terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
